Checkout securely using Paypal. You don’t need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment – simply use your credit or debit card. Security is assured - when you register details with us or place an order, we use a secure server. Data is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure the security of your information.
Items that are in stock are usually delivered between 3 and 5 working days to mainland UK (however, the majority of orders are delivered sooner). Our system is updated regularly to ensure accurate information is given about stock holding. However, on rare occasions, an item listed as available may be out of stock (for example if it has been in great demand). We endeavour to re-stock within 1 week and where delivery may be delayed beyond our usual service, we will e-mail you to let you know, and give you an estimated delivery date. You can, of course, change or cancel your order if necessary. Furniture items can take a little longer and may take between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, however, we will always keep you informed of expected delivery timescales.
All orders to mainland UK addresses are delivered free of charge.
We do not currently ship orders outside the UK.
All goods must be signed for on receipt as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which cannot be delivered. If a delivery has failed as no-one is able to sign for the goods, we will notify you and try to arrange an alternative date for delivery. If we have failed to contact you after 10 days from the first time we attempted delivery, we will cancel your order and return money paid for the goods. We will retain any charge we made for delivery, and if the product was delivered free of charge to you, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from any refund.
Any damage to the goods on receipt must be noted on the carrier’s delivery docket and notified to us within 3 days of receipt. We will then contact you about arranging return and replacement.
