Normal car seatbelts can become uncomfortable as pregnancy progresses.

The Safety Bump Belt is designed to help protect the unborn baby and mum-to-be in the event of an accident or heavy breaking. When correctly fitted, the Bump Belt ensures the lap portion of the seat belt doesn’t ride up over the tummy, keeping the lap belt low over the hips and pelvis which are better able to absorb impact.

By preventing the lap portion of the seat belt from riding up over the abdomen, the Clippasafe Bump Belt maintains the lap belt in the safest, most comfortable position over the hips and pelvis. This considerably reduces the risk of injury, and ensures that the seat belt is not a distraction when driving.
